Navigate to Segmentation studio > Create a new segment in the top right corner of your screen.
Creation of a new segment is done through 3 simple steps.
Step 1: Give your audience a name and choose type of segment: customers; visitors or prospects (if you are using Events SDK) or form (if you are using Form studio)
Step 2: Select filters you want to apply from the list of available filter groups (basic, advanced, behavioural, interactions, intersect).
This step allows you to:
- Combine filters with AND/OR rules (for example: purchased category/item, first purchase, total spent, page views, session duration, etc)
- Cross your audience with other segments.
Some filters depend on Events SDK feature, so it might not be available on your environment. If you would like to add this feature and collect behaviour from your website, please contact our sales team.
Step 3: Select if you want your audience to be static or dynamic, choose recommender model you wish to use and select full catalogue of products or specific promotion.
In any of the steps above you can click on Check segment count button to see the number of people in that particular segment.
