Send a welcome note to a new subscriber / member
If you would like to send a welcome message to your newly joined customer, or visitor that has just signed up for your newsletter, you can easily do that in a couple of clicks. Here's how.
- Navigate to Solver AI Suite > Automation
- Click on "Create new flow" button
- Define a name of the flow
- From the dropdown menu for "Goal”, select "Improve customer experience"
- From the dropdown menu for "Action”, select "Send Welcome mail"
- Select a channel you would like to send the message through
- Select the specific channel flow that best fits your need
- Click on "Next step" to continue customizing your flow
- Click on "Next step" to continue to the scheduling options
- Once you set up the schedule time, by clicking "Create this automation", you flow will be created
Enable/Disable a flow
A created flow is at first disabled. It should be enabled, to be functional. You can do this when you navigate to Automation > Flows > Select a given flow > Click on "Enable" toggle button.
Send a birthday card to a customer
If you would like to send a birthday wish to your customer, you can easily do that in a couple of clicks. You can specify the content or promotion, and the timing. Here's how.
- Navigate to Solver AI Suite > Automation
- Click on "Create new flow" button
- Define a name of the flow
- From the dropdown menu for "Goal", select "Improve customer experience"
- From the dropdown menu for "Action", select "Wish happy birthday"
- Select a channel you would like to send the message through
- Select the specific channel flow that best fits your need
- Click on "Next step" to continue customizing your flow
- Click on "Next step" to continue to the scheduling options
- Once you set up the schedule time, by clicking "Create this automation", you flow will be created
Send an after-purchase promotion to a customer
If you would like to send a thank-you note or a promotion to your customer, after they have completed a purchase, you can easily do that in a couple of clicks. You can specify the content or promotion, and the timing. Here's how.
- Navigate to Solver AI Suite > Automation
- Click on "Create new flow" button
- Define a name of the flow
- From the dropdown menu for "Goal”, select "Boost revenue"
- From the dropdown menu for “Action”, select “After-purchase promotion”
- Select a channel you would like to send the message through
- Select the specific channel flow that best fits your need
- Click on "Next step" to continue customizing your flow
- Click on "Next step" to continue to the scheduling options
- Once you set up the schedule time, by clicking "Create this automation", you flow will be created
Send a promotion to customers that have abandoned their cart
If you would like to send a reminder, or a promotion to your customers to motivate them to complete their purchase, you can easily do that in a couple of clicks. You can specify the content or promotion, and the timing. Here's how.
- Navigate to Solver AI Suite > Automation
- Click on "Create new flow" button
- Define a name of the flow
- From the dropdown menu for "Goal”, select "Boost revenue"
- From the dropdown menu for “Action”, select “Cart abandonment reminder”
- Select a channel you would like to send the message through
- Select the specific channel flow that best fits your need
- Click on "Next step" to continue customizing your flow
- Click on "Next step" to continue to the scheduling options
- Once you set up the schedule time, by clicking "Create this automation", you flow will be created
