Flows
Flows represent the customer journey you design. You can control how and when each of your customers will be targeted, to maximize their experience and your performance metrics. Make yourself the owner of this process and boost conversion rates through appropriate timing, communication and offer towards your customers. You can select a predefined template or design your own custom flow through a set of available flow building blocks.
Entry block – the entry block is used for query-based scenarios, when you filter out a specific group of profiles you would like to target based on some condition. This block serves for defining the moment in time when to invoke a communication, for example - on exact day, a day before, one week or one month before.
Source segment block – this block is used for choosing a specific segment you would like to use as a baseline source of profiles you would like to work with in a specific flow
Wait block – this block is used for controlling the time of the communication. It gives you the opportunity to pause for the selected time period, and then continue with the flow.
Condition block – this block is used for controlling the flow by combining specific conditions. In this version, you can control the flow based on the message status (Delivered, Opened, Clocked, Bounced, Unsubscribed), and through that branch the flow and ensure a different journey for your customers based on the specific conditions.
