Account Management is a core feature that gives you full control over who has access to your platform, what they can do, and how they interact with your data. Whether you’re scaling your team or fine-tuning access levels, effective user management ensures the right people have the right permissions—keeping your workspace secure, organized, and efficient.
In this article, we’ll walk you through everything you need to manage users confidently.
When you log in to your account, navigate to your name in the upper-right corner and select Account Management from the dropdown menu.
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) section allows you to manage users efficiently and securely. Key functionalities include:
- Creating new users – Add individuals to your account with just a few clicks.
- Adding or removing users from existing groups – Assign users to predefined permission groups such as Advanced, Standard, or Super User to control what features and data they can access.
- Email notifications for new users – When a user is created, they’ll automatically receive an email prompting them to set their password.
- Password reset – Quickly reset a user’s password if needed, ensuring secure and uninterrupted access.
These tools help you stay in control of who can access your account and what they can do, all while keeping security and scalability in mind.
As already mentioned, there are three different user groups. Here’s a closer look at what each group can do:
- Standard Users can view all resources, create audiences, and send broadcasts.
- Advanced Users have all the permissions of Standard Users, plus the ability to approve broadcasts.
- Super Users have full access, including user management and all administrative privileges.
| User role/Action | Create segment | Create broadcast | Read/export reports | Approve broadcast | Manage permissions |
| Standard user | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | ||
| Advanced user | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | |
| Super user | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
This breakdown helps you assign the right access levels based on your team’s needs.
