Broadcast Insights help you measure the performance of one-time or recurring marketing campaigns sent through channels like email, Viber, and SMS. These insights help you track delivery, engagement, conversions, and revenue β allowing you to optimize future campaigns.
Broadcast Insights give you a complete picture of how well your marketing messages perform. They help you:

You can view overall insights for different periods: last 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year or take a look at specific broadcast campaign.
Overall insights
Total amount of revenue generated in broadcasts - Revenue generated from messages that have been successfully delivered within campaigns in selected period (this metric does not apply for profiles collected from forms)
Campaigns started - number of campaigns started in selected period
People targeted - number of profiles selected to receive the campaign
Messages delivered - number of messages that have been successfully delivered.
Messages sent - number of messages that have been successfully sent.
Insights by channel (check availability by vendor in the table on the bottom of the page)
Targeted - customers who belong to an audience and they are selected to receive the message.
Delivered - number of messages that have been successfully delivered.
Seen/Open - number of messages that have been seen/opened.
Clicked - total count of link clicks by recipients within the message.
Bounced - distinct number of customers to which messages were sent, but bounced (messages failed to reach recipients)
Unsubscribed - distinct number of customers that have unsubscribed from receiving messages.
Complaint - distinct number of customers that have complained about their messages (recipients who marked the message as unwanted)
In addition to these metrics there are metrics like Delayed metric for email or Expired, Undeliverable and Rejected for Viber (depends on the vendor). These metrics are not currently shown on GUI, but can be implemented on request.

Performance Metrics
Targeted - customers who belong to an audience and they are selected to receive the message
Delivered - number of messages that have been successfully received.
Opened - number of messages that have been seen/opened.
Clicked - total count of link clicks by recipients within the message.
Purchased - revenue generated from profiles that where targeted within campaign

You can access all metrics for a specific broadcast by clicking the βReportβ button next to the campaign in your dashboard.
Focuses on metrics from one-time or recurring marketing campaigns (e.g., email blasts, Viber and SMS campaigns). Key functionalities include:
- Broadcast Performance Metrics: Track open rates, click-through rates, delivery rates, and bounce rates.
- Engagement Analysis: Monitor recipient engagement, including link clicks and interactions.
- Channel Effectiveness: Compare performance across different channels (e.g., email, SMS, push notifications).
- Audience Reach: Analyze the size and demographics of the audience targeted in each campaign.
- A/B Testing Results: Evaluate which variations of campaigns performed best.
- Delivery Insights: Monitor delivery times and potential issues to ensure timely communication.
After the broadcast is finished, you can view its metrics by clicking the "Report" button located on the right side of the specific broadcast.
Report of each Viber broadcast will show you:
- Delivery metrics: the number of targeted people, number of delivered, seen and clicked messages
- Conversion rates: number of customers that bought any product, number of customers that bought products on promotional offer, number of customers that bought product(s) communicated in the broadcast message and drill down conversion rates by product (s) communicated in a broadcast
- Revenue metrics: average basket value, average basket size, revenue gained from buying any product, revenue gained from buying products on promotional offer, revenue gained from buying product(s) communicated in the broadcast message, drill down conversion rates by product(s) communicated in a broadcast.
If you did A/B/C testing for a specific broadcast, you can also see all the metrics for each group.
All of the above mentioned report metrics are based on a specific broadcast and its duration.
Report of each email broadcast will show you:
- Delivery metrics: the number of targeted people, number of delivered, seen and clicked emails and also bounced, delayed and unsubscribed
- Conversion rates: number of customers that bought any product, number of customers that bought products on promotional offer, number of customers that bought product(s) communicated in the broadcast message and drill down conversion rates by product (s) communicated in a broadcast
- Revenue metrics: average basket value, average basket size, revenue gained from buying any product, revenue gained from buying products on promotional offer, revenue gained from buying product(s) communicated in the broadcast message, drill down conversion rates by product(s) communicated in a broadcast.
If you did A/B/C testing for a specific broadcast, you can also see all the metrics for each group.
